Joey Ferber is a guitarist, singer-songwriter, and educator based in St. Louis, Missouri. He has gained most of his knowledge through experience, performing since he first picked up the instrument at age 11. After receiving his BA in English in 2016, Ferber moved back home to STL to write and produce his debut album, “Country Gone Wrong,” which he released in 2020. Since moving back to town, Ferber has worked his way into becoming a highly sought after player for some of the area's most unique bands. Now, as an educator, students seek him out for his intuitive approach to music where he focuses on helping them gain the skills needed to be expressive through their instrument. He specializes in feel, improvisation and overall musicality in efforts to help students use music as a way to navigate life. All ages and experience levels are welcome.
